Important to read when ordering
Thank you for choosing at Denise Landerberg Fine Art Photography.
We are a small business based in Sweden that do everything ourselves, we love your support!
NOTE: Due to Covid-19 Denise Landerberg Photography are not responisble for any shipping delays that might come with it. We of course do our best to deliver as soon as possible, we ask you to please have patience if your parcel is stuck for a few extra days.
Note that taxes/VAT might be added to your chosen Art Piece or Art Poster when arriving in your country. This is not something that can be predicted in beforehand and is not something that Denise Landerberg Photography is obliged to pay.
Coffee-Table Art, Canvas, WallArt & Album
Production of this high quality art piece is between 6-8 weeks.
Sold hand signed by the artist, Denise.
When shipped we will contact you with your tracking number.
Art Poster
Shipped every Wednesday. Orders placed on a Wednesday will be sent the week after.
Expected production time 1-2 weeks. Expected delivery 14-20 days.
FineArt Pieces
Production of this highquality art piece is between 4-6 weeks.
Sold with a certificate of authenticity, numbered and hand-signed by the artis, Denise.
When shipped we will contact you with your tracking number.
Digital images
It is greatly appreciated to mention the photographers name, however it is not obligatory.
It is not permitted to change the images from its original state - no editing, manipulation, digital art etc.
The buyer of the images are not the sole owner of the images and are therefore not permitted to sell or claim ownership of the image.
If the pictured horse/s sold is sold the new owner does not automatically own or claim the right of the images bought by previous owner/s.
Digital images are always delivered digitally signed by the photographer.
Expected delivery time: 10-20 business days.
Cancel order
You have 6h to cancel your order after it's been placed. Email at denise@deniselanderberg.com to cancel your order.
All prices are excluding shipping.
Returns
Unless otherwise noted, because of the custom nature of the transaction, and the prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold by Denise Landerberg Photography are non-refundable.
Replacement items for damage in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 10 day return policy, unless otherwise noted.
Denise Landerberg Photography makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site.
The color settings and the type of computer monitor that you use to view your image, have an influence on the perception of how your image should look. You should be aware that images viewed in the majority of web browsers are not color accurate, and that prints may look different. There is also a variation between different paper types. If precise colors are important for you, you should contact us for more information before placing your order. As we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept color reproduction as a valid reason for return.
All returns for replacement must follow the conditions below:
- All products must be returned complete.
- Denise Landerberg Photography will not accept items that have been intentionally physically damaged or abused.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for all replacement orders.
- Claim for missing products must be reported within 10 days from the date the item is shipped.
Payment
Depending on the size of your order, your invoice may be on 3,10 or 30 days.
Payment must be completed within the timeframe.
